Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RepuBot ("the Service"), operated by RepuBot Ltd ("we", "us"). By subscribing to RepuBot you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

RepuBot monitors your Google Business Profile reviews and sends you AI-generated response drafts via WhatsApp. You review and approve each response before it is posted publicly. We act on your behalf only when you explicitly approve an action.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to manage the Google Business Profile you connect to RepuBot.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are charged monthly via Stripe.
• All plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends.
• You can cancel at any time via WhatsApp by typing "settings". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• If payment fails, your account will be suspended after a grace period and reactivated automatically once payment succeeds.

4. Review limits

Each plan includes a monthly review limit (Starter: 30 reviews/month, Growth: 75 reviews/month). If you exceed your limit, we will notify you via WhatsApp. Additional reviews will not be processed until the next billing period unless you upgrade your plan.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of all responses posted to Google under your account.
• You must comply with Google's review response policies.
• You must not use RepuBot to post false, misleading, or abusive content.
• You must keep your WhatsApp number and account details up to date.

6. Google account access

To use RepuBot you must connect your Google Business Profile via OAuth. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings. Revoking access will prevent RepuBot from monitoring reviews or posting responses.

7. AI-generated content

Response drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing each draft before approving it. RepuBot is not liable for any responses you approve and post.

8. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepuBot's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
